we might be a good fit if you:
are a therapist, care giver, or work in caring or people profession
experienced trauma(s) at some point in your journey
have (or had) some form of disordered eating or eating disorder (whats the difference? i’m so glad you asked, let’s talk about it!) and want to explore your relationship with food
are in the lgbtqia2s+ community
are (or think you might be) neurodivergent
wanting to feel your feelings in your body instead of compartmentalizing, intellectualizing, people pleasing, etc.
my approach to therapy is grounded in a holistic, trauma informed and gender affirming perspective, seeing the whole person in front of me, and the systems and socialization that has shaped them
my nutrition approach encourages a deepened connection to your body and its needs, based in anti-diet, intuitive eating, Restoring Body Trust and health at every size (HAES) frameworks.
i do not provide “meal plans” or weight loss advice.
